Great place for buying games! They have way better prices for games (and trading in games too!) than gamestop... Mostly. I also return any unwanted tech there all the time, they usually give a fair amount
I love this store! There's so much cheap stuff here! Only complaint is that it takes a long while at the cashier when they get the discs, so don't go here when you're in a rush
This is terrible the customer service is disgusting staff member Courtney E is a liar and very unprofessional. I simply went to sell my Apple Watch first I was told there's no money in the store I'm already selling it for way less then what I paid for it. Then she tells me paypal so I agree cause I need the money, the whole time I'm there I'm thinking they sent the money for the watch, they didn't aparently he was caught up doing "something else" so then he finally says Ima do it right now and it takes 20-30 minutes to go they it's been 4 hrs and I still have got a dime yet.
So went last night to pick up a game. Found game instantly and brought it to register. Then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for cashiers to finish there trade ins. Both registers were being utilized for trade in that took over 30 minutes for both to finalize maybe longer. I wouldnt know because i left the store without buying anything because of how long they made me wait. Thats ludicrous. At least have one register open for ppl who want to buy something but to hold up both and for over 30 min when jt would have taken me 2 min to complete my purchase is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The cashiers were also sitting there not doing anything and just talking with the customers WHILE I WAITED. Not even a hold on sir we will be right with you. Super unprofessional. I do not recommend.
