I have to say that Everett is the BEST salesperson that I've EVER seen. He is convincing, outgoing, smooth with the ladies (but I'll surely take the compliments), gets people in the store who wouldn't have otherwise even thought to go into Zales. He told me that "as beautiful as I am, my husband should be kissing the ground I walk on and come down and buy me what my heart desires." Well, unfortunately we can't afford it but otherwise, Everett is absolutely right!!!
Service was ok I sent it in to sizing and I came back 3 weeks later and they didn't do anything I sent it in again and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later
Every time I have gone in they have always been very helpful! Clean my jewelry to look brand new and when it came to making a purchase they always tried to get me the best price or discount.
